Richardson Rail Services is built up by multiple members of staff whom are all very experienced track engineers and signed off and approved track responsible engineers. Using our experience and knowledge, we developed our track based training and assessments to meet the needs of the industry, taking into account any issues we found during our time as Track/P-way CRE's and trying to produce materials and processes that iron these out to help candidates and the industry develop.
With one of the first rail high voltage assessors on our staff roster, we are aiming to utilise that persons expertise and experience to be able to deliver high voltage training.
We not only want to deliver the HV training, but also take the current standard of training to the next level, introducing a practical element and updating the classroom materials, to increase the effectiveness of railway HV assessors / HV competent persons and also increase overall safety.
All of our staff are qualified and experienced assessors.
As well as being experienced we only employ and work along side those who enjoy what they do and are passionate about it. The reason for this is because it has been proven that the assessors attitude and mentality has a direct correlation on candidates performance, and we want everyone to be able to perform their best, and for us to supply them them all the possible tools to allow them to do so.
Richardson Rail Services was set up by someone who is very passionate about personal development. As a result all the training materials have been produced with the highest quality in mind, as well as containing all the learning principles to ensure that our learners are given the best possible tools to assist them in taking responsibility for their own development and learning.
All our staff and trainers must be passionate and give the highest quality training and delivery of our courses.
Our aim here at Richardson Rail Services is to improve industry / workplace safety by means of good, high quality, interactive training.
By providing the above, learners are more likely to want to take in the information given to them, and by ensuring that it is the correct and high quality information we can ensure that when they go out in the workplace, no matter what industry it is, they will know how to stay safe personally, as well as keep their colleagues safe.
"What makes us all the same, is the fact that we are all different".
We here at Richardson Rail Services will never exclude anyone, or treat anyone different because of any reason. We firmly believe in including everyone and working with people if they need extra support to adapt to situations.
We will monitor Equality and Diversity in relation to results from courses and assessments- if we ever see any negative correlations we will immediately act on them.
