Overview
The Richardson Training Ltd Gamification Roadmap sets out how we are embedding motivation, feedback, and learner recognition into our digital training environment. It builds upon our internal grading structure and aligns with LearnDash and GamiPress systems to enhance engagement, track CPD, and provide measurable outcomes for both learners and sponsors.
