How it works (structure & gating)

  1. Read: Assessment Overview – what’s required and how you’ll be judged.

  2. Knowledge Quiz – 35-minute timed quiz, max 2 attempts, 80% pass required.

  3. Evidence Upload – submit your mentoring records and supporting artefacts for manual approval.

  4. Professional Discussion – a live Zoom/Teams/phone call with an assessor. (If not already scheduled, contact us to book as soon as your evidence is approved.)
→ Competence is only awarded when all four steps are passed/approved.

Minimum evidence required (what to upload)

  • Nice-to-have (strengthens your case): annotated photos/schematics, extracts of permits/test sheets/work packs (redacted), any other artefacts and records.

Data note: redact confidential client data before upload. Records are retained for audit and deleted after 7 years.
