Mentoring Log(s) – signed/digitally verified with dates/scope. (Mandatory for post-mentoring).
Emergency First Aid for Electrical Accidents – certificate in line with our Acceptance Policy. (Mandatory for all assessments).
Reflection Note (Personal Statement) – required (Mandatory) for renewal assessments; optional but encouraged for post-mentoring.
Nice-to-have (strengthens your case): annotated photos/schematics, extracts of permits/test sheets/work packs (redacted), any other artefacts and records.
Data note: redact confidential client data before upload. Records are retained for audit and deleted after 7 years.
